AWARDS! Human beings will invent ANY excuse to heap awards on one another, and this industry is no exception. Due to the tenuous "show biz" aspects of this business, the ERA tries to duplicate the feel of the Academy Awards ceremony as much as possible, complete with sappy music, far too many categories, and a corny opening dance routine featuring a group of "Tae Bo Dancers."
