Alan Keyes is convinced that THE MEDIA are responsible for his measly 5% or less voter support in most of the primaries. He claims that the "The Media" (primarily the 3 major TV networks, as well as The Washington Post and The NY Times) can't deal with the notion of a Black Conservative. Yet rather than symbolically "lynch" him like they did to Clarence Thomas, their new MO is simply to pretend he isn't there.

As a case in point, The NY Times even ran a picture of the Republican candidates during a televised debate, yet Keyes was somehow missing from the picture — even though he was SITTING IN THE MIDDLE of the other two. Talk about your Soviet-style journalism! No wonder he's so paranoid!
