The highlight of this entire duel-convention was Pat Buchanan's much anticipated acceptance speech. Needless to say his hand-picked delegates were in a fever pitch since this was the moment they had all been waiting for, and Pat did not disappoint.

Making a grand entrance behind a band of Celtic bagpipe players, Pat then delivered the most entertaining and flat-out FUNNIEST political speech I've ever heard in my life. I was in stitches! Not that I agree with him — in fact, except for his smaller government and less miltary intervention stances I disagree with him on almost everything. Still, the guy knows how to win over a crowd, make his case, AND deliver a punchline. It makes me wonder why he's wasting his time running for President at all — he should be starring in his own sitcom!
